Session of the Club Oenologie des Ponts : Châteauneuf du Pape, the mythical wine

For this unusual session, we're going to broaden our horizons a little and discover two great vineyards at opposite ends of the Balkans.
Clément BILLION, who runs CIPANGO wines, will introduce us to two estates whose wines he imports.


Samo Permn farms seven hectares of biodynamic vineyards in Slovenia's Vipava valley, planted over five centuries ago and producing lively, complex whites from rocky terroirs in the foothills of the Alps.


For his part, Giorgios Papaioannou maintains the reputation of his fine family estate, located in the heart of the Peloponnese in the Némée appellation. Spicy, well-structured reds with good cellaring potential (we'll even let you taste a 19 and a 15).
