The mines-ax-business.com group invites Les Ponts alumni to take part in the third edition of a strategy course led by Xavier Fontanet, former CEO of Essilor for over 20 years, and alumnus of Les Ponts, MIT and the Boston Consulting Group.

In order to guarantee the quality of the exchanges, the number of places is very limited and we are offering 6 face-to-face places and 10 distance learning places.

The one-day course will take place on February 12, 2025 at the Maison des X, 12 rue de Poitiers (lunch included). Technical and human resources will be available for videoconferencing to ensure quality participation for those who are at a distance.

On the program:

• Morning: presentation of the pillars of corporate strategy: the experience curve, the value of market share and the business lifecycle. We will then explain how finance is an ally of strategy. We'll finish by describing what a strategic portfolio is, and how it can help you stand out from the crowd in a highly competitive environment.

• After lunch: put yourself in the shoes of a company director on the Strathena platform, which presents an online serious game with different competitive scenarios.

• After the one-day course, a competition between participants will run for 2 months. At the end of the period, the three highest-ranking participants will be rewarded with an interview with Xavier Fontanet and a certificate of achievement.

The fee is €200 for subscribers and is not available to non-subscribers.
