First of all, I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year, full of wonderful wine-tasting experiences.
To get the year off to a good start, we'll be welcoming our young friends from the school's oeno club for our next session on February 11.
With host Antoine Faisant, we'll be taking you on a world tour of wines typical of their terroir, either from grape varieties we don't use in France, or from hexagonal grape varieties vinified very differently from what we know.
We'll travel to 4 continents to meet 8 wines, some of which you've never heard of.
