Marc BIZIEN, President of Groupe Transport des Ponts, and François MEYER, President of X-ferroviaire, are pleased to invite you to a dinner with David VALENCE, Vice President of Mobility and Transport Infrastructure for the GRAND EST Region.

On the eve of the opening of the TER passenger market, David VALENCE will share with us his vision of the role of the Regions as Organizing Authorities, through the example of the GRAND EST region.

The GRAND-EST region has taken a proactive stance in the field of mobility, deciding to open up its TER services to competition by 2022, and taking advantage of the future possibilities offered by the LOM law for infrastructure management.

David Valence is Vice President of the Grand Est Region, responsible for transport, travel and infrastructure. He is also Mayor and President of the Saint Dié des Vosges urban community.

David Valence is an associate professor of history and a graduate of Sciences-Po Paris, where he taught from 2005 to 2014. He was Deputy Managing Director of the Charles de Gaulle Foundation from 2010 to 2014.
