This workshop is for you if :

  • you want to develop your potential as a (future) leader,
  • you want to envisage new perspectives for yourself and your teams,
  • you want to overcome the prevailing gloom and find new levers for individual and collective change.

Experiment with concrete tools to explore these avenues

  • Dare to say stop, dare to say no; to better say yes.
  • Draw on your founding experiences.
  • Initiate change in your own unique way.
  • Identify the small steps you can take right now to get your teams and partners on board.

Interact with your peers... And leave with concrete ideas.

Just come along with a (very nice!) notebook and some very fine colored pens.

This workshop is led by :

Chrysoline Brabant

12 years ago, Chrysoline Brabant founded EHO Conseil, a company dedicated to helping companies and individuals transform. An ICF PCC-certified coach, Chrysoline Brabant specializes in coaching (future) managers and their teams. She also offers holistic individual EHO coaching. Her years of practice have led her to accompany those who want to unleash their full potential.
