Jean-Christophe Fromantin has been mayor of Neuilly-sur-Seine since 2008 and elected to the Hauts-de-Seine departmental council in 2021, becoming its vice-chairman.
He is preparing a thesis at Paris 1 - Sorbonne on the subject of the de-densification of cities with an economic approach, as part of the quantitative geography laboratory.
Thierry Déau is Chairman and CEO of Meridiam. Anthony Briant, Director of Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, and ingénieur en chef des ponts, des eaux et des forêts. He also holds a doctorate in economics from the Paris School of Economics. He began his career at the French Ministry in charge of urban affairs, and was successively head of the development operations office in the housing, urban planning and landscapes department of the Ministry in charge of housing, and technical advisor for sustainable construction and urban planning to the minister in charge of housing in 2015 and 2016, before taking up the position of deputy director of the regional and interdepartmental directorate for housing and accommodation in September 2016, until 2018. Through his duties, Anthony Briant is at the heart of issues linked to the ecological transition, particularly in terms of teaching and research.
