It all starts after the takeover or acquisition. How do you take charge and prepare for the unexpected?

The takeover is a long-term adventure, but real life begins when the buyer arrives at the company, is faced with unfamiliar employees and has to make quick decisions in an unfamiliar organization.

The round table will be moderated by Luc Farriaux, President of ESTP Alumni CRE, Philippe Schwarz of the Take Over Club (Insead Alumni) and a representative of XMP Entrepreneur.
