    Lucero MARTINEZ
    Expert in executive and engineering career transition Reconversion Réussie

    An INSA engineer and ESSEC alumnus, Lucero Martinez's career path has been shaped by the values of hard work and merit, and marked by several career changes!


    At the age of 18, she left her native Mexico for France to enroll at INSA. Far from her landmarks, she hung on to her studies, validated her diploma but questioned herself and finally chose to change direction: from engineering to marketing by validating a master's degree at ESSEC. She then spent 4 years as a Product Manager with major groups. Faced with a lack of meaning, she changed direction once again. In 2017, she founded the Reconversion Réussie program, designed to help engineers and senior managers find THE job that suits them.


    Convinced that it's through action that doubts and fears dissipate, Lucero is particularly keen to instill motivation and give concrete keys to people who want to change but are often stuck in their thinking.
