Valérie Pascual graduated as a civil engineer from the Ponts engineering school in 1989. She worked in automotive engineering for 33 years, before switching to mediation to fulfill her personal aspirations: to practice a profession that is useful to others.

Holder of the CAP'M, Certificat d'Aptitude à la Pratique de la Médiation, she puts her skills and expertise in relational quality at the service of companies. She is the Île de France - Hauts de France - Centre Val de Loire Regional Delegate of the Chambre Professionnelle de la Médiation et de la Négociation.
