The ^29th Club des Clubs Immobiliers study tour will take place on Thursday June¹, 2023 in Paris.

Paris is organizing the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games exactly 100 years after the last Olympic Games were held in the French capital. The city is preparing to host the world's biggest sporting event: 10,500 athletes from over 206 countries will take part in the biggest international multi-sport competition from July to September 2024.

With a dual focus on innovation and sustainability, the Olympic Games will use a large number of existing infrastructures and facilities, as well as the capital's most emblematic venues.The aim is to halve greenhouse gas emissions compared with previous events.

Numerous sites such as the Athletes' Village, the Cité du Cinéma, the Aquatic Centre, the Pleyel Tower and the Chapelle Arena are on the agenda for the day's visits. There will also be an opportunity to hear prestigious speakers from SOLIDEO, Société du Grand Paris, Métropole du Grand Paris and PARIS 2024, who will share their vision of this global project.

This event is co-organized by the real estate clubs of HEC, X-Ponts, EM Lyon, École des Arts & Métiers and École des Mines.
