Since 2021, Ponts Alumni has been offering a mentoring program designed for graduates who wish to be accompanied by a fellow graduate who can guide or advise them at a pivotal moment in their career.

The mentor enriches the mentee with the fruit of his or her experience, and helps him or her to reflect on his or her managerial action and career path.

The understanding between mentor and mentee is one of the major factors in the success of this type of program, which, of course, cannot be decided in advance. What better opportunity than this evening of speed-dating?
