Careers Webinar: What is skills sponsorship?
Would you like to share your skills with associations in need?
Want to offer your employees a unique experience while embodying your company's values?
Long-term skills sponsorship, often (but not exclusively) carried out by seniors, is the best-known form of commitment.
It's not the only one, however, and it's possible to get involved during working hours, from a few hours to several years, with the same tax advantages for the company.
- Skills sponsorship, skills volunteering and pro bono... what are the definitions, issues and differences?
- Key figures
- Examples of individual and collective practice
- Testimonials from committed Alumni.s
Patrick Bergeot, a Telecom Paris engineer, moved from the world of IT at Nokia to the world of culture through skills sponsorship, where he is currently Director of Innovative Projects at the Centre des Monuments Nationaux.
Pauline (Riaux) Leclerc, (Mineuse N2004) will talk about her involvement in a shorter format and the contribution it has made to her current professional life.
Webinar hosted by Grégory Perret, Director of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes branch of Pro Bono Lab.
A major player in skills-based philanthropy, Pro Bono Lab has been supporting companies and public bodies in their employee civic engagement policies since 2011, from the design of programs to the implementation of engagement formats.
It is therefore a specialized citizen innovation laboratory whose ambition is to enable organizations with a social purpose to access the skills they need.
To this end, Pro Bono Lab invents and disseminates innovative forms of engagement in cooperation with companies, foundations, associations, local authorities, universities and business schools, in France and abroad.
Webinarorganized by Intermines Carrières in partnership with Agro, Arts-et-Métiers, EM Lyon and les Ponts
