Event
[Digital Transformation] Where have the CEOs gone?
Organised by "Telecoms & IT Group (French)"
Debate and discuss with other CEOs and GMs why the effects of these transformations are not occurring as hoped, and identify best practices, avenues and recommendations.
This decade's digital transformation has been marked by a number of invariables: communication and buzz, the creation of new structures (CDOs, CIOs, incubators, corporate ventures...) and open innovation, which has opened up the company's frontiers to cooperation with living labs, start-ups...) and open innovation, which has opened up the company's frontiers to cooperation with living labs, start-ups, etc., with little or no change in governance, internal dynamics, decision-making systems or risk management.
It is widely accepted that this first wave of digital transformation has not produced all the expected effects, confronting companies with the difficulties of scaling up and moving the whole organization into this new era.
We invite you to come and share, debate and build with other CEOs and MDs why the effects of these transformations are not producing as hoped, and to identify best practices, avenues and recommendations.
To address this theme, we will focus on 2 axes: the vision conveyed by the CEO and corporate governance, and innovation.
