In 2018, French ESNs occupy a prominent place in the global ecosystem of this industry: 2 are present in the world's top 10.
In an "all-digital" world, new forces have emerged and client companies are integrating digital technology into the heart of their business model. GAFAMs are increasingly positioning themselves as direct competitors (e.g. Amazon and Microsoft in the cloud). We are also witnessing the emergence of players born of the digital revolution, notably pure players in the communications and media sectors.
What will ESNs look like in 2025? What consequences can we expect from the major trends represented by Artificial Intelligence, the widespread use of the Cloud, the explosion of the world of data, and disruptive business models? What is the role of the historical leaders in France (Capgemini, AtoS, Sopra Steria...) and worldwide (IBM, Accenture, CGI....)? Which new players?
In a word, what will this sector, the historic flagship of the French digital industry, look like in 2025?
