As part of its annual Ingénieuses operation, the CDEFI is organizing the 3rd edition of its Rencontres Ingénieuses, an afterwork event dedicated to gender equality issues in engineering studies and careers, on December 5, starting at 6pm in Paris (venue to be announced).

This edition is organized in partnership with 50inTech, a network of women in tech, which will host a round table on salary negotiation ( How to choose an inclusive company? How to negotiate your salary? How to understand and use LinkedIn). This will be followed by a networking cocktail with the Ingénieuses nominees and prizewinners, as well as the operation's partners.

The event is open to female engineering students and graduates.
