The participants in the mentoring program for the 2024 session completed their mentoring year at the end of February. With an average of one meeting a month, each pair built up their relationship over time and explored the issues raised by the mentees. At the end of the year, 83% of participants were satisfied with the experience, and 100% would recommend the program to someone close to them. These figures speak volumes about the success of this initiative, which Ponts Alumni has been running since 2020!

From awareness-raising to perspective-taking, from improved self-confidence to greater visibility over the medium- to long-term, from identification of needs and the means to be put in place to progress to the improvement of key skills, our mentees report the many benefits that mentoring has brought them:
