A historic donation for the future of the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées within the Institut Polytechnique de Paris!

Thierry Déau (Civ 93), Honorary Chairman of Ponts Alumni and Chairman/Founder of Meridiam, has been an active supporter of the Ponts community for many years. Today, he continues this commitment with an exceptional donation of 4.5 million euros to the Fondation des Ponts, the largest in its history!

This remarkable support will contribute to the integration of the École nationale des ponts et chaussées within the IP Paris, with the construction of a building dedicated to research and training on the Saclay plateau. The École's director, Anthony Briant, describes the project as a "unique opportunity to federate our strengths and meet the challenges of tomorrow's world, particularly in terms of ecological transition."
