This workshop is for you if
- you want to better understand your reactions to unpleasant situations.
- you want to understand the nuances between misunderstandings, disagreements, tensions, conflicts, breakdowns; compromise, consensus; debate, silence, presence; etc.
- you want to overcome a past, present or future situation*, as part of your development of strategic, managerial and relational skills.
* managerial relations, negotiations, annual interviews, meeting debates, etc.
Experiment with concrete tools to explore these avenues
- Dare to re-read an unpleasant situation.
- Draw on your resources and relationships to assert yourself.
- Identify, starting today, the small steps you can take to improve the fluidity/efficiency of your relationships with your teams and contacts.
In a friendly environment, interact with your peers... And leave with some very concrete ideas.

- Just come along with a (very nice!) notebook and some very fine colored pens.
- ... and if you have the time and inclination, with your answers to 2 or 3 questions from this introductory sheet, which you'll find in PJ.
