In 2021, the governing bodies of many organizations in France are struggling to include women in their ranks. And although numerous laws have been passed in recent years, the feminization of COMEXs, Boards of Directors and other management structures remains underdeveloped. We invite you to reflect on this issue with Virginie Chauvin.

Virginie Chauvin, a partner at Mazars, is one of these pioneers: after several years as an auditor, she became a partner in 2008, then one of the ^1st women to sit on the COMEX in 2016. Today, she is also a member of the Executive Board. She also sits on the Boards of several major groups. She will be joining us for this webinar.
