GEF breakfast with Delphine ERNOTTE, President of France Télévisions

Organised by "Sciences ParisTech au Féminin"

Delphine Ernotte joined France Telecom / Orange on graduating from the Ecole Centrale Paris in 1989, where she enjoyed a rapid and exemplary career. After a number of functional positions, she was given responsibility for business development in Paris and the Centre-Val de Loire region, before joining the Group's senior management team. In 2010, in the midst of the crisis at Orange, she was called by Stéphane Richard to become Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Orange France, one of only two female members of the Comex.

A theater enthusiast, she declares that she "loves battles", and in 2015 accepted the presidency of France Télévisions, the first woman to hold this position. She has already embarked on far-reaching structural reforms in a difficult-to-maneuver institution.

In her career, Delphine Ernotte has faced many challenges and controversies. An outspoken and direct woman, she will talk to us about her mandate and the challenges facing public broadcasting. Committed to gender equality in the workplace, it was she who set up the Innov'Elles network in 2013 to help develop and promote women within the Orange Group. She also has a keen interest in gender diversity in the French audiovisual landscape, and will be delighted to talk to you about it.

Our Breakfasts are open to anyone interested in gender issues, whatever their school, university or studies. Of course, our events are also open to men, and it's essential to get them involved.

A buffet breakfast will be available from 8am. Discussions will start at 8.30 a.m. sharp and finish at 10 a.m. We look forward to welcoming many of you.
