Breakfast debate to present the 7th GEF study "Power has no gender".
Organised by "Sciences ParisTech au Féminin"
Grandes Ecoles au Féminin (GEF) invites you to attend the presentation of its 7th study, in which we sought to find out whether the power of tomorrow has a gender. The study shows that for the people questioned, whatever their sex or age, being a good leader is not a question of gender. Current codes and ways of exercising power appear to be outdated, and new expectations are being expressed.
Women's access to positions of responsibility is not as natural from one organization to the next, and the archetype of power remains fairly masculine. GEF set out to find out whether gender is really a determining factor in the proper exercise of power, and whether gender diversity could generate an exercise of power adapted to tomorrow's organizations.
We invite you to read the press release.
This study was carried out by the BVA institute over the internet from April 11 to July 1, 2018 among former graduates of schools in the Grandes Ecoles au Féminin network. The quantitative analysis was enriched with a qualitative analysis by the philosophy agency Thaé.
A buffet breakfast will be available from 8am. Discussions will start at 8.30 a.m. sharp and finish at 10 a.m. We look forward to welcoming many of you.
