Exactly two months after the One Ocean Summit in Brest, organized as part of the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union, we have the privilege of welcoming and debating with Sabine Roux de Bézieux.

Named Personality of the Year 2021 by the Wista International network, Sabine Roux de Bézieux heads the Fondation de la Mer. This organization was created in June 2015 by leading figures from the maritime world and civil society to tackle the climate emergency and the degradation of life in the Ocean with a global approach to Ocean-related issues.

A graduate of ESSEC, a member of the French Economic, Social and Environmental Council, Treasurer of Alliance pour l'éducation-United Way, involved with the Espoir Niger association, and a philanthropist who co-founded Esprit de Famille, a group of around 100 family foundations, Sabine Roux de Bézieux will be talking about France's role in the maritime sector, and the economic, ecological and strategic challenges it faces. Esprit de Famille, which brings together around a hundred family foundations, Sabine Roux de Bézieux will talk about France's position in the maritime sector, and the economic, ecological and strategic stakes involved.

Our Breakfasts are open to anyone interested in gender issues, whatever their school, university or studies. Our events are open to men, who need to be involved.

A buffet breakfast will be available from 8am at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée, 33 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris. Discussions will start at 8.30 a.m. sharp and finish at 10 a.m. We hope to welcome many of you, and ask that you dress appropriately to enter the Cercle: a tie for men, and no jeans for either men or women .
