Dear comrades,

We are pleased to confirm that the first meeting of the Belgium group will take place on Wednesday October 2 at The Staff restaurant near the Gare du Luxembourg.

We propose thefollowing program :

- 7pm to 8pm: welcome participants over a drink to get to know each other, we have a reserved area inside the restaurant.

- 8pm to 9pm: a round of introductions (bring your business cards) and informal discussions about activities we could do within the Ponts Belgique group (conferences, cultural activities, meals, creation of a welcome booklet for new comrades settling in Belgium, etc?), and we're looking for volunteers to take on these ideas,

- from 9pm , dinner for those who can stay .

As the Ponts geographical groups have no budget of their own, the aperitif and meal will be paid for by participants .
