Webinar: Between taboos and received ideas, what are the real practices and contributions of headhunters?

The last few years of turbulence (health crisis, tensions on the candidate market) have profoundly transformed recruitment practices and, above all, accelerated the pace of change for those involved.

At a time of telecommuting, digitization of processes and even relationships, hybrid management, the emergence of new professions and diversity issuesOasys Dirigeants has launched a new edition of its survey of over 180 executives and consultants from headhunting firms.

Because headhunters are major players in the recruitment industry, it is essential today to understand how they see their business, the influence they have on their clients, the sourcing and lead-time issues they face, and the expectations they have of their clients and candidates.

Successful recruitment raises a number of questions for both HR managers and people undergoing professional reflection, such as :

For HR managers :

  • How can you optimize your relationship with your recruitment consultant?
  • How do you find the best skills, particularly in international markets or in new professions? And how do you make room for diversity (age, gender, profiles, etc.)?
  • What assessment methods and reference checks are needed?

For managers and executives:

  • What's the right way to approach a headhunter, and when is the right time?
  • Are recruiters sensitive to reputation?
  • How can I present myself in the most effective way? What type of CV, LinkedIn profile, what recommendations...?

Speaker:

Véronique Denant,Director ofthe industry practice and certified coach with Oasys Dirigeants

will share the results and conclusions of this study.

Interactive exchanges are planned throughout the presentation of the results.
