Developing your charisma: a body approach

Public Speaking Workshop

In many high-stakes professional situations, such as presenting technical work, speaking at meetings or inspiring teams, leadership requires oral fluency.

Being aware of your relationship with your body helps you develop confidence by controlling stress and becoming more receptive to your environment.

Dancer with the Paris Opera, choreographer and teacher of Oratory Art at Sciences Po, Maxime Thomas offers you a dedicated workshop to share the right tools to optimize your interventions, depending on their context. By introducing different styles of influence and energy, the fundamentals of presence, and the relationship to space and the environment, the workshop aims to make you aware of the key e By introducing different styles of influence and energy, the fundamentals of presence, and the relationship between space and environment, the workshop will help you to become aware of the key elements required to deliver an effective speech, and to master your presentations, change the course of your meetings, and gain confidence in the next steps of your career.

After an introduction by the speaker, participants can share their expectations of the session, for example by recalling certain situations they may have faced. This is followed by a practical session featuring various exercises to develop your body confidence.

Everyone will be invited to take part, and particular attention will be paid to the sticking points raised during the discussions.

A fixed fee of 25 euros for school members is required to validate your registration, as the workshop is limited to 15 participants.

It will take place at the Intermines premises at 15 rue Royer-Collard, 75005 Paris- RER B Luxembourg.
