Careers workshop: Supporting employees through change by Catherine Greiveldinger and Sarah Martin

In an ever-changing world, change management is a key factor in a company's development, and even its survival.

How do you manage change in the right conditions, in a way that has an impact and lasts, by involving employees and anchoring new ways of working?

The approach of Catherine Greiveldinger (X83) and Sarah Martin (X95), informed by their coaching experience, is to put people back at the heart of transformation projects.

Who is this workshop for?

  • Executives, managers, project leaders

Objectives

  • Understand the causes of employee resistance to change: emotions, feelings, etc.
  • Identify the levers of change and the key success factors for well-managed change.
  • Clarify the posture to adopt as a manager and change leader.

Method :

  • This workshop takes participants' experiences as a starting point, providing theoretical insights and concrete, synthetic tools.
  • In a secure environment, you will then work on your own case of change, thanks to a coaching approach that will enable you to step back from your own practices, and benefit from the collective intelligence of the group.

Catherine Greiveldinger, X83 / Ponts 88, former manager, coach for managers and management teams.
Sarah Martin, X95, executive and management coach.
