The urgency of climate change requires us to rapidly decarbonize our economies, which in turn requires massive infrastructure development to ensure the energy transition. Drawing on their respective experience in the development, financing and restructuring of major infrastructure projects, Stéphane Woerther, from the economic and financial consulting firm FTI Consulting, and François April, from the law firm Linklaters, will share their respective experiences, as well as the main lessons they have learned. In particular, they will explore the main challenges encountered and the keys to success in financing the immense capital requirements associated with the development of infrastructures to ensure the energy transition.
