Face-to-face conference
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR BOSS?
And how to decipher how it works
You can choose your colleagues, but rarely your boss.
The boss is a fundamental component of our environment. He strongly conditions our actions. He intervenes with his know-how, but also his personality, his ambition, his driving forces, his position of power and his fears.
The relationship we have with him can be an asset or a handicap, in what we want to achieve.
Over the course of the evening, we :
- See the importance of defining our objectives,
- Analyze how to decipher how your boss works,
- Identify our scope for autonomy, our room for maneuver vis-a-vis her/him,
- Deal with the issue of expectations: the boss's expectations of us and our own expectations of our boss, and how these expectations are formulated,
- Recommendations for dealing with a few classic cases:
- passive bosses, lackadaisical bosses, authoritarian bosses, "hot-headed" bosses, fussy bosses, absent bosses, "perverse" bosses, bosses giving contradictory instructions (in matrix structures), etc.
Elements that will help you see how to take control of your destiny!
