As independent consultants, XMP-Consult members face a number of challenges in terms of autonomy and productivity:

• set up and familiarize themselves with office automation and collaborative tools, such as those offered by the association, and those used within its groups,
  
  
• manage their activities (documentation, web presence, prospecting, sales management);
  
  
• explore new issues and methodologies, and identify reference software.

Better than individual research and tutorials on the Internet, this group offers a convivial space for sharing our knowledge and best practices, but also for co-constructing new ones, because :

• the association's collective dynamic means that we can work together, whatever our background or expertise, with great flexibility in the approaches and tools we use;
  
  
• feedback on the use of tools in group activities within the association is richer and better documented than individual "sandbox" tests.

A new dynamic needs to be created together for this group, which is open and willing to welcome interested members on an ongoing basis.

I'd like to propose this introductory and initial meeting to gather together expressions ofinterest and skills, agree on the modus operandi and identify potential leaders for the various activities.
