Transition Management for female talent

Organised by "Sciences ParisTech au Féminin"

A career opportunity and a powerful tool for meeting the challenges of corporate transformation

When we talk about Interim Management, the collective imagination still often conjures up images of executives over 55 who have left their company and can't find a permanent contract, or of mercenaries closing down sites.

Moreover, the role of the interim manager is often not well understood by employees and companies, who fail to see the differences or complementarities with salaried executives.

However, Interim Management has become a real lifestyle choice for certain executives who wish to bring their experience to companies and accompany them through sometimes difficult periods from a managerial point of view, growth crises as well as performance crises, or in the transition made necessary by climate change.

Did you know that Interim Management is also sometimes used in companies to support and accelerate the development of female talent and secure their access to broader responsibilities?

International expansion, integration projects or divestments, or the introduction of new tools, also give rise to some excellent interim assignments, which are always high-stakes and provide value for all concerned.

Most companies are well aware of the benefits, and know how to call on this alternative source of talent to accelerate their transformation.

In what contexts do companies call on Interim Management?

What types of company does Interim Management target?

What role does interim management play in today's economy (market, number of managers, etc.)?

How does an assignment unfold, and what role does the interim management firm play?

What is the impact of an interim manager, and how do you measure it?

What are the qualities needed to become an interim manager?

What are the main functions covered by interim management?

What is the role of women in interim management?

How are interim managers remunerated?

How to become an interim manager, whether for a few months or several years.

These and many other questions will be answered.
