Clara has been appointed Director of Mission French Tech in November 2021. Mission French Tech is an administration under the Ministry of the Economy and Finance responsible for supporting the growth of the French start-up ecosystem.
During her tenure, she will aim to take Mission French Tech to scale by supporting the growth and internationalization of French Tech scale-ups, promoting diversity in the ecosystem and accelerating its development to enable the growth of deeptech start-ups.
Prior to joining Mission French Tech, Clara held various management positions at start-ups around the world. From 2019 to 2021, she was Chief Business Officer of Vestiaire Collective, a French unicorn and the world's leading resale site for high-end and luxury second-hand fashion. Prior to that, she led the international expansion of Lyst, the LVMH-backed fashion search engine based in London, and worked as Director of Zalora, Southeast Asia's leading fashion e-tailing platform, in Bangkok and Singapore.
During her MBA at Harvard Business School in Boston from 2016 to 2018, Clara launched her own start-up, Lullaby, a second-hand marketplace for baby products, and experimented with strategy consulting at BCG in New York. She also holds an MSc in Management from ESSEC Grande École, Paris.
Our Breakfasts are open to anyone interested in gender issues, whatever their school, university or studies. Our events are open to men, who need to be involved.
Reception and breakfast will start at 8am at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée, 33 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris. Discussions will start at 8.30 a.m. sharp and finish at 10 a.m.
Please note that proper attire is required to enter the Cercle : a tie for men and no jeans for either men or women. Registration is compulsory and can only be done by online payment.
