and energy transition?"

BREAKFAST organized in
partnership withENGIE

We'll have the privilege of welcoming and debating with Thierry Déau.

Thierry Déau founded Meridiam in 2005, an independent investment fund specializing in the development, financing and management of long-term, sustainable infrastructure projects. With operations in 11 countries, Meridiam is a leading investor in Europe, North America and Africa in the energy, mobility and water sectors.

Meridiam is a mission-driven company and was recently transformed into a Benefit Corporation, placing the UN's sustainable development goals and service to communities at the heart of operational decisions.

Prior to Meridiam, Thierry worked for Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in France within its engineering and development subsidiary Egis Projects, where he became Managing Director in 2001.

Thierry has long been working on the impact of finance in the fight against global warming, through numerous commitments: Chairman of Finance for Tomorrow, the branch of Paris Europlace promoting green and sustainable finance at international level, founding member of the World Economic Forum's Investment Partnership (SDIP), member of the Prince of Wales' Sustainable Markets Council for the Commonwealth.

He is also active on the subjects of equal opportunities and diversity in the professional world. He is currently Chairman of Archery for Inclusive Leadership and founder of the Africa Infrastructure Fellowship Program Foundation (AIFP Foundation).
