The training is based on a real company case study. The aim is for students to simulate the process of acquiring this company, and to gradually master all the financial statements of the target company, then of the acquisition holding company.financial statements of the target company, then of the acquisition holding company, then the ingredients of a package combining the buyer's investment with that of an investment fund.

This course can be taken as a complement to the "BUILDING A BUSINESS WITH OR WITHOUT INVESTMENT FUNDS" course, or as a stand-alone course. Its content is aimed at anyone wishing to gain a better understanding of a company's financial statements and the financial arrangements for an acquisition.
