---Course u.lab1x: Supporting change (6 sessions)
Organised by "Sciences ParisTech au Féminin"
--- CANCELED EVENT
Faced with today's challenges, many of us want to contribute to the transformations needed in the years ahead. But how do we go about it? Often, we don't know what to do, or how to go about it.
The aim of this course is to answer this "how" by experimenting with a profoundly innovative approach to change management - Theory U - and by strengthening the links and power of our network.
This 6-session course will enable you to:
- activate and amplify the skills of conscious leadership, the emergence and strength of the collective: presence, deep listening, generative dialogue, quality of links and relationships, systems thinking, confidence in the right action.
- apply the methodology to a concrete project, to highlight possible courses of action.
- strengthen links and collaboration between network members.
Thefruit of over twenty years' action research at MIT, and successfully applied worldwide in all sectors of activity, this methodology is applicable at individual, organizational and systemic levels. It invites us to change our modus operandi and broaden our capacities by focusing on the common good.
This course is a space for experimentation and appropriation of the methodology. It will take place face-to-face at the Maison des Ponts from October to December, alongside the ulab1x MOOC, which, since its launch in 2015, has brought together a vast community of change agents of over 200,000 people, across 185 countries.
