Transition Management and Impact Consulting

Organised by "XMP Consult"

The emergence of positive-impact management to meet the societal and environmental challenges facing organizations... what role can boards play?

Companies are facing a growing number of economic, social, societal and environmental challenges: climate change and other ecological risks, pressure from Impact funds to take them into account, tighter regulations, employees' quest for meaning, the societal demands of new generations, etc... These challenges should provide numerous opportunities for interim management assignments to help companies adapt and transform. But this is hardly the case at the moment.

This webinar outlines the environment in which companies are evolving, presents an analysis of the causes of the interim management profession's lack of involvement in these challenges, proposes solutions to put it at the center of the game, presents concrete examples of interim management missions with a positive social and environmental impact, and takes stock of the first developments in this service offering in France.

This webinar will be hosted by Didier Douziech, interim manager since 2007, co-founder of Skills-Alliance, a recognized association of interim managers, and of a new association of Impact interim managers.
