How is a company born, how does it develop, how is it taken over, how is it financed?

And above all, what are the conditions for success?

To answer these questions, the following comrades will be speaking in Lille on April 19 at 6:00 pm, at La Ressourcerie:

• Nicolas Dinter, director of the Transalley incubator in Valenciennes, will share his experience of start-ups.
  
  
• The Geoponts start-up, led by our fellow student Mickael Bergem and his associates, also from Les Ponts, will talk about its history and plans.
  
  
• 1 or 2 other start-up comrades, preferably from the Hauts de France region, will be available to speak - please contact the moderator dominique.derobillard@ponts.org
  
  
• Louis-Marie Pons will talk about the takeover of his company, an economic research institute (Institut I+C).
  
  
• Olivier Dupont will talk about his extensive experience in seed and expansion financing.

Hosted and organized by the regional animation team, the event takes place at 6:00 pm at La Ressourcerie, a solidarity, participatory and cultural bar dedicated to showcasing the region's talents (cultural and entrepreneurial).It is located at 73 rue de l'Hôpital Militaire (12 min walk from Lille Flandres station for Parisians).

The meeting will start at 6:15pm, and will run until around 8:00pm, so as to extend informally for those who wish, and will be an opportunity to communicate on Ponts Alliance's start-up policy.

Admission is free, reserved for friends, with drinks available at a modest price, but registration is compulsory.
